Mixing method:

   

1.Gießen Sie den Enzym TG im Mixer oder dem Mischer ein
und mischen den Enzym TG mit der Fisch

   2. Lassen Sie die Fisch in der Form herein.
   Drücken Sie die Form dicht
   
3.Einfrieren die Form 6 Stunden bis eine alle Nacht lang，
lassen das Enzym zu reagieren völlig		     4.Die Zähflüssigkeit kann zerstören nicht nach der Formung wenn
    sie kocht oder einfriert wird
