Rehydration Use
1)Geben Sie BiobondTMTG-EB in ein Behältnis und fügen eiskaltes Wasser in mehreren kleinen Portionen zu.
Rühren Sie BiobondTMTG-EB und Wasser mit einem Schneebesen zu einer klumpenfreien und homogenen Masse
2) Geben Sie die Dispersion zu den Fleischstücken und mischen Sie, bis alle Oberflächen gleichmäßig benetzt sind.
3)Geben Sie die Mischung zur Herstellung von Medaillons in Wursthüllen.
4)Lassen Sie das Gefäß wenn das Temperatur ist 0 Grad bis 5 Grad unter Null ein Nacht（min. 2 Stunden）
