Direct Powder Addition


1) Add disired amount of brine and 6 to 15 g BiobondTMTG-EB  to 1 kg of meat.

  

2) Geben Sie die Dispersion zu den Fleischstücken und mischen Sie, bis alle Oberflächen gleichmäßig benetzt sind.

  


3)Sie die Mischung zur Herstellung von Fleischwürfeln in Formen.

  


4) Keep chilled (> 0°C) preferably overnight (min. 2 hrs.) to complete binding.
